Samamenang Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions binding all users of the samamenang platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using the samamenang platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and samamenang as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of this platform complies with applicable local laws.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on samamenang. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. samamenang reserves the right to verify user identity through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which may involve submitting valid identification documents such as a Malaysian identity card or passport.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity carried out under your account is considered your own. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Passwords must be at least eight characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use samamenang solely for lawful purposes that do not contravene any applicable Malaysian law. Using this platform for fraud, money laundering, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or disrupting platform operations is strictly prohibited.
The following actions may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games or the betting system.
- Conducting financial transactions suspected of being linked to illegal activity.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person or using someone else's identity.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with its technical infrastructure.
Samamenang reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the samamenang platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept foreign currency transactions directly; any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.
Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including local bank transfers and approved digital wallets. Deposit processing times are subject to the payment provider's procedures and may take up to 24 hours depending on the method chosen.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days. samamenang reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal that exceeds a specified threshold, in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policy.
- Any applicable transaction fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
- Funds in accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a maintenance fee.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Samamenang shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or unforeseen losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors, network failures, or losses resulting from betting outcomes.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantees regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. That said, we are committed to ensuring our services run smoothly and securely at all times.
Samamenang reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Users suspected of involvement in fraud or illegal activity.
- Users who violate any of the terms set out in this document.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
- Upon request by the relevant authorities or by court order.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be subject to review and is not guaranteed to be returned to the user.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments to Terms
All content, designs, trademarks, logos, interfaces, and software on the samamenang platform are the exclusive property of samamenang and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's content without our prior written consent.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for the convenience of users. samamenang is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to external sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Samamenang reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
